Our growing team are proud to offer vacancies across our sites in Hampshire and Surrey where you can begin, or continue developing your career as part of our hardworking and dedicated team. All our provisions are currently expanding over time, hence we have frequent new opportunities available.
The Application & Recruitment Process
All applications are now submitted directly through our website using the online application form below.
Once we’ve received your application, shortlisted candidates are invited to attend an initial informal meet and interview, usually via Teams. Before this, we ask all applicants to watch our introductory video, which gives a meaningful insight into Elysian and how we work.
Candidates who are successful at this stage will be invited to a second interview with a panel of Elysian Managers. For front line roles, this is done as part of a full trial day at the relevant site. The trial day gives you the opportunity to get a feel for our environment and approach
After the trial days and second interview, we carefully gather feedback—including reflections from the young people you’ve worked with—before making a final decision on whether to offer you the role.

Please note, we are not able to facilitate pre-application visits or phone calls. If shortlisted you will have lots of opportunity to interact with the provision and the whole team before making any final decisions about working with us.

Elysian rely on our fantastic volunteers to help us maintain our sites across Hampshire and Surrey. Volunteering opportunities are incredibly important to Elysian, with charitable values embedded in what we do.
