
Executive Director
Charlotte
Charlotte is the Executive Director for Elysian Animal Assisted Therapy and Learning CIC. She is also the Chair of Governors and Proprietor of the Elysian Education provision. Charlotte has a background in Social work and mental health, and has worked in a variety of social care settings before founding Elysian in 2015. Charlotte has had many varied roles, working with a vast variety of complex needs across ages from Early childhood through to adults, and managing multidisciplinary teams in several settings. In these roles Charlotte has had a range of project, environment and strategic responsibilities for services, teams and provisions that are focused on improving the lives of people. This has included day to day management of teams and services, training, supervision, quality assurance and general leadership. Charlotte is particularly passionate about ensuring the voice of the most vulnerable is heard in decision making and ensuring children and young people have every opportunity given to them that works best for their needs. Charlotte is passionate about the magic animals can bring in to our lives and the direct impact they have on well-being across formal and informal learning environments.

- Crisis Intervention Trainer, First Aid, Health and Safety level 2, Safeguarding, supervision and other relevant and certified training in health, social care and therapy areas.
