This information will be used to support the safety of participants. Information will be shared only with relevant Elysian staff and handled in line with our data protection and safeguarding policies.

Consent to Photography and Video Recording

I give consent for Elysian to take and use photographs and video recordings of the participant as outlined above
I do not give consent for photographs or video recordings to be taken of the participant

During Elysian events, photographs and video recordings may be taken for the purposes of marketing, social media, promotional materials, training, and internal records.

Statement

Where consent is not given, Elysian will take reasonable steps to ensure the participant is not included in photography or video recording. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Elysian.

Risk and Acknowledgement of Risk

Elysian activities involve animals, outdoor environments, farm settings, tools, equipment, uneven ground and natural hazards.
By attending an Elysian event, I acknowledge and agree that:
• Participation is voluntary.
• Activities may carry inherent risks.
• I accept responsibility for assessing my own and my child’s suitability to take part.
• I understand that Elysian has appropriate risk assessments, policies and procedures in place to reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk.
• I agree to follow staff instructions and safety guidance at all times.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to read the site risk assessment, available on the Elysian website and displayed at each site.

I understand that Elysian shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained as a result of participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
