Elysian needs its events programme to generate meaningful income, not just goodwill. Pick ONE event you would run in your first six months here and give us your rough numbers: ticket price, expected attendance, main costs, and net contribution. One event only, not a strategy. Maximum 150 words.

Some events exist to build community; others exist to make money; the best do both. Tell us about a time you had to balance the feel of an event against its finances. What did you decide and why? Maximum 150 words.

Question 6: Your video (link option)

Record a video of yourself, one to two minutes, on your phone, answering: ‘Why this role, and why should we trust you with a revenue target?’ No editing and no script, we just want to hear you talk.
