Drag & Drop Files,
Choose Files to Upload
Attach one piece of evidence of your work: an event budget you built, a flyer, a ticketing page, a screenshot of a social media page or campaign you ran, anything you personally created.
Question 2 continued: Your role in this evidence
*
In no more than two sentences, tell us what your personal role was in creating the item above. If you provided a link instead of a file, paste it here too.
Question 3: One event, real numbers
*
Elysian needs its events programme to generate meaningful income, not just goodwill. Pick ONE event you would run in your first six months here and give us your rough numbers: ticket price, expected attendance, main costs, and net contribution. One event only, not a strategy. Maximum 150 words.
Question 4: Social media, evidenced

What is the best-performing piece of content you have personally created? What was it, where did it run, and what did it achieve? Maximum 100 words.
Question 5: Community feel versus commercial reality
*
Some events exist to build community; others exist to make money; the best do both. Tell us about a time you had to balance the feel of an event against its finances. What did you decide and why? Maximum 150 words.
Question 6: Your video (link option)
Record a video of yourself, one to two minutes, on your phone, answering: ‘Why this role, and why should we trust you with a revenue target?’ No editing and no script, we just want to hear you talk. Upload it to Google Drive, WeTransfer or as an unlisted YouTube video, set sharing to ‘anyone with the link’, and paste the link here.
Question 6: Your video (upload option)
Drag & Drop Files,
Choose Files to Upload
Alternatively, upload your video file directly here if it is under 100MB. You only need to complete ONE of the two video options.
